At LexurDecor, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect our products before shipping; however, if you experience any issue with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Customized or special-order items
- Products returned without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, we may ask for:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Images of packaging
- Brief description of the issue
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- In some cases, store credit or product replacement may be offered.
5. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- Stock is available.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), LexurDecor will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the standard return process will apply.
8. Refund Exceptions
LexurDecor reserves the right to decline refunds if:
- Return conditions are not met.
- Products show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
- Fraudulent claims are suspected.
